To reserve your date, a $500 retainer is required. This retainer is non-refundable, however, this
retainer will be applied toward your final balance.

The retainer is strictly non-refundable and will not be returned for any wedding cancellations for any reason. In the event of wedding cancellation due to a force majeure circumstance [including but not limited to hurricanes, flood, natural disasters, plague, or any other factor outside of our control] our retainer remains non-refundable, however, you will not be charged for your final balance. In the event you are required to postpone your wedding we will honor your retainer for a future date assuming our availability.

Final balance and group count will be due two weeks prior to your event. We will be unable to make any
changes to the group count past this point. We will only have food & beverages available for the number of
contracted individuals so it is very important to give us a firm number two weeks prior to your event.
 

Any cancellations beyond two weeks prior to the event date will be charged in full using the card on file. Any
and all changes or updates must be made prior to the two week cut off.

Your studio rental will include exclusive use of the space for 4 hours of your choice. Included in your rental you will find a beautiful esthetic for getting ready photos, a gourmet catered lunch, beverages, and a changing area. Outside food or drink is not permitted and all catering/beverage packages must be ordered through Lashes and Lace no later than two weeks prior to your event. It is the responsibility of the renter to provide us with any dietary restrictions or allergies no later than two weeks prior to the event. We have an in house chef and we are happy to accommodate any food requests.
 

Your group will have a Lashes and Lace staff member on site for the duration of the rental to assist with food,
beverages, and any other needs in addition to your hair & makeup team. Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is greatly appreciated by our staff. Any gratuities must be left in cash and given directly to staff members. Gratuity will not be accepted by card.

Lashes and Lace does not allow for any items to be left behind after the rental period and we are not responsible for any items that are lost or forgotten. We will do our best to return any forgotten items to you but please check the area carefully prior to your departure. We are happy to pack up any leftover food for you, however, we are unable to store it for you and everything must be taken with you at your departure.

The renter agrees that Lashes and Lace holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to the renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving Lashes and Lace rental occurs while it is in renter’s possession, renter shall make Lashes and Lace aware by written statement of details including proper documentation and witness.
 

Any damages to the property or loss of Lashes and Lace property will be the responsibility of the renter. Our
staff will do a walkthrough prior to your departure to ensure everything is in tact and in working order. In the
instance of property damage or loss, Lashes and Lace will directly invoice the renter which is to be paid within
15 days. The replacement value will be determined by age and condition of item at time of rental.
 

The Lashes and Lace Studio rental will include cell phone chargers, full mirrors, professional makeup lighting,
hangers, and a steamer for your personal use. Our staff will gladly steam your bridesmaid dresses, however, we

will not steam the bride’s wedding dress under any circumstances. We recommend you hire a professional
wedding dress steaming service prior to the event.

Due to insurance reasons, outside hair & makeup companies are not permitted to work inside of the Lashes and Lace studio. Both hair and makeup must be done exclusively through Lashes and Lace to reserve our studio.
 

For wedding parties, outside photographers are allowed and welcomed for getting ready photos. We have a great working relationship with all Charleston photographers and would love to have them in our space. If you do bring in your own photographer, Lashes and Lace has the right to use your images shared by the photographer on our website and social media platforms. If you choose our package that includes getting ready photos please know that they will be unedited - we are not professional photographers so they are just for fun!

Lashes and Lace staff has the right to refuse beverage service to individuals who become intoxicated. We ask
that renter and guests drink responsibly as we are in no way responsible for any injury or accident resulting in
inebriation. Lashes and Lace does not sell alcohol and will only pour alcohol that is selected in your booking
package.
