MEET KACIE
Kacie was born and raised in Charleston and grew up visiting all of the premiere wedding venues that are so popular today! From an early age, Kacie fell in love with all things hair and makeup. Her first job at 15 years old was at a premiere salon and spa in Charleston.
Before attending cosmetology school, Kacie graduated with honors from the College of Charleston where she majored in Business and Marketing. In 2012, Kacie started Lashes and Lace as her passion was to help brides feel like their most beautiful self on their big day! You can find Kacie both behind the scenes handling the operations of the company and on-site doing hair and makeup.
In her free time, Kacie enjoys traveling, crafting, trying new restaurants, spa days, and boat days! She married her husband, Quent (who is a boat captain!) in 2017 in a very intimate ceremony on their dock. She’s obsessed with her two littles, Bella & Tucker, her two dogs, Hank & Beauregard, & her pet ducks!

Hi my name is Brittany Cortes. I am a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. I am Lashes and Lace's senior stylist and assistant manager. I have the honor to work for Lashes since 2016! You will find me both behind the scenes answering emails/phone calls and also on weddings where I get to do my favorite part of the job! I have been a cosmetologist since 2008 and found my main love in bridal services. Outside of work you can find me lounging with my family on the beach, designing my next construction project, or on the sidelines of my kids' sport games.
