What do you believe are your greatest STRENGTHS as an artist?
I believe my greatest strength as an artist is my perseverance. When difficult situations arise, I stay cool, and keep moving. I like to think that my many years working in food and beverage and event catering prior to becoming a makeup artist have made me quick on my feet and an excellent problem solver.
What do you believe are your greatest CHALLENGES as an artist?
My greatest challenge as an artist would most likely be the ability to multitask. I know that communication is key to building confidence and trust with clients; however, I still find it challenging to talk and blend at the same time without getting too distracted by either task.
Is there anything else you would like us to know?
I recognize that as a makeup artist, I still have a long way to go. However, this is truly my passion, and I want to absorb as much of this industry as I can. If you have room for any sort of shadowing/internship program where I could work alongside the pros, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity.
