WEDDING DAY INSTRUCTIONS

As a reminder, we will be unable to cancel any of the above services. We will do our best to accommodate any add on services. A copy of our price menu is attached below for reference.

Our team will be on site 15 minutes prior to the start time to set up. Please have your bridal party ready to begin services at their designated time slot. Late arrival by the bridal party will result in a $50/half hour fee per stylist. We cannot guarantee services being completed on time if we do not start at our confirmed start time.

For the ladies receiving hair, please have them come with completely dry & clean hair with inspiration photos chosen ahead of time. There will be an additional charge for anyone who comes with wet hair unless they are signed up specifically for a blowout. There will be an additional $50 fee for clip-in or Halo extensions.

For the ladies receiving makeup, please have them come with a completely clean, moisturized face (NO SPF). Our team is happy to provide moisturizer and skin prep if needed. We encourage your group to bring their own lipstick for touchups. False strip are included in our makeup applications. Individual lashes are available for an additional $15 fee. If someone not receiving makeup would like to add lashes, we are happy to do them for an additional fee of $25 for strip lashes or $40 for individual lashes.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Final payment will be due the day of the wedding. We require payment to be handled in one transaction by the contract holder/bride via card, Venmo, or cash (no checks). TRIAL FEEDBACK

Makeup
I really liked the placement and look of the lashes. One did begin to lift slightly at the inner corner of the eye later in the day, so I just wanted to flag that as a small observation.

Abby and I discussed a few preferences during the trial, and I’ll be bringing my own eyebrow product since I prefer a more natural and brushed-out brow than the powder style.

I also mentioned wanting a hint of pink blush to peek through, and I’d love to make sure we include that.

After reviewing the photos from the trial and comparing them with my inspiration photo, I realized I’d love to make a few refinements:

Eyeshadow & Eyeliner: The reference look has a more refined, slightly lifted eye shape—there’s a soft upward gradient that gives a natural “facelift” effect, along with some of the same shadow tones under the eye. I also noticed that the model’s eyeliner—whether through its thickness, shape, or intensity—gives the eye a more sultry and elongated look. I’d love to capture a bit more of that definition for my look as well.

Contour/Blush Placement: Given my rounder facial structure, I believe slightly sharper contouring—especially around the cheekbones and jawline—will help stylize and enhance my features. Hair
I loved the updo! The back style was exactly what I hoped for. My only request would be to position the updo a little higher on my head.

During the trial, I mentioned I wasn’t sure about having volume at the crown, but after seeing my photos and re-evaluating my inspiration images, I think a bit more volume there would add the touch of drama I’m looking for.

One note from my mom and bridesmaids: the black bobby pins were quite visible, so using pins closer to my hair color would be ideal.

Lastly, I’d love for the front pieces to fall in a more natural wave rather than a tight curl and ensure that we smooth any flyaways while maintaining softness around the hairline.
